Who doesn’t want to win $1,000 worth of prizes including a 2-night stay in a mountain condo…or a $500 cash spending spree this Halloween? The Denver North Star newspaper just hit their one year of publishing mark and is hosting a mural selfie challenge to celebrate through October 31. It’s a unique Instagram selfie extravaganza meant to celebrate the creativity and passion of Northwest Denver. Participants should put on a costume and find amazing murals to take a selfie with (some of which happen to be on great bars and restaurants so stop in for a drink or bite to eat and get out of the cold).
Post them on Instagram @denvernorthstar for our muralist judges including North Denver’s own,”Jolt,” to select the lucky winners.
Step One: Find awesome murals in NW Denver and take selfies
Step Two: Post selfies on instagram and other social media with #denvernorthstar, #northdenvermurals, #northsidepride as well as tagging businesses you see the murals on.
Step Three: Email your photos to murals@DenverNorthStar.com before midnight on 10/31 to enter them to win prizes
