Spanish Language and Culture Night at Skinner

Thursday, April 21 was Spanish Language and Culture Night at Skinner! We had an excellent turnout. Our students created delicious dishes and beverages to share, the student-created artwork was outstanding, and we enjoyed an incredible Baile Folklorico dance performance and a Mariachi performance.

Big thank you to Baile Folklorico Baile Caliente and Mariachi Los Correcaminos de MSU for performing for us!

Top Skinner Volunteer- Mr. Chris Sandoval!

Take a moment to watch this video about Mr. Chris Sandoval. After Mr. Sandoval finishes up his morning volunteer job at Edison, he comes over to Skinner to volunteer as a cafeteria monitor. Mr. Sandoval is at Skinner most days and is a treasured part of our Skinner family. We look forward to welcoming Mr. Sandoval’s third grandchild to Skinner next year!
